Horrible customer service. They wouldn't correspond before end of auction. I tried to contact about a mistake and they refused to answer, charged my card and still haven't sent my product. POOR communication and professionalism.
I have been a buyer with EBTH since they came to Indy and i can say this has been a great experience all around. have made some great purchases and made some great friends. The staff is great always a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. This is a great and safe site and i would recommend and I do ,to anyone looking to purchase for business or personal decorating needs.
