Horrible customer experience for parent of a 2 patients. First of all, Bartow location is always running late. I don't know how they can be so irresponsible and mindful of clients time. I think it is safe to assume most of the clients are the kids of pre-teen/teen age. They usually have activities and even though I give a good hour and half time between our scheduled appointment and activity, I usually spend 1 hour just seating in the office since all appointments are running behind. This place is ABSOLUTELY a NO! My dentist referred my daughter to this place. 1st visit, I was totally grossed out. Place is dirty. However once I met her orthodontist I was ok. My daughter got the hardware she needed and we were good to go. And then the nightmare began.... Long story short. They didn't fulfill her treatment plan that I had PAID IN FULL! I will definitely provide an update of the new orthodontist I find so you all can go to them and NOT this place!
