The food is good and varied with vegetarian options which I appreciate. I suggest not using Class Pass to pay, it can be problematic (as it sometimes is with other businesses as well). But Shawn did a great job trying to help with the Class Pass issues so I could get the food ordered (or in this case replacements) and I appreciate that, thank you!
Ordered “scratch-made food from here only to find out it’s prepared food that isn’t made at the location. Took 2 hours for the food to “be ready”. Why would it take that long to prepare prepackaged food? When my son-in-law went to pick it up, they informed him that one of the dishes I ordered they didn’t have but never informed me. Person at counter was rude and had no idea what they were doing. Asked 3 times who the order was for. My name isn’t that difficult to remember. Enjoyed the food but I recently placed an online order for pickup and show up to them saying they ran out of food. They also charged me for 3 months of weekly subscriptions after I canceled it and they confirmed. They only communicate by email which is frustrating.
UPDATE: I forgot I wrote this (now deleted rant about spicy food). It is all true but I’ve had many unspicy meals since and been here a zillion times. I really like this place a lot. It’s so nice and predictable and cheap. I was super stoked to find it. It’s great for lunch, no wierd price trickery. Even got a free meal my first time. Twice I ended up with a spicy meal and there isn’t any indicator on the boxes so beware. That’s the only down side The food is good though, the price is great, people are nice.
I was eating here multiple times a week and noticed some days were better then others as far as food quality, but still ate it. It's relatively cheap and with chronic illness prepackaged is my go to. Today however I ate oat pancakes. I ate two of the three when I noticed mold spots and hard spots on the final pancake. I thought it could've been the blueberry sauce that had spilled but the green and blue are very different in color. So definitely mold. I am worried as I have an autoimmune disorder. So we'll see.
