The service was terrible, especially for the price. Today my mom and I came in for the first time to get my mom’s pedicure at this location (5:45 pm). Upon entering the spa, the receptionist showed an attitude and said, “Oh, you’re waiting” and turned away. Once my mom sat down, the assigned lady only did the pedicure for 10 minutes. In the end, $50 was charged to us. No, my mom didn’t get nail polish. As we have done pedicures in Surrey and Langley that lasted over 10 minutes for less than $50, we are not satisfied. Went here a few weeks ago for a pedicure. The lady burnt my foot twice and her long hair was down and touching my feet during the service. Kind of gross.
My daughter treated me to having my natural nails polished here almost 3 yrs ago and I quickly became hooked! All of the girls here are super friendly and the studio is kept spotlessly clean. I have had both Emy and Hana do my nails and they are both very professional and talented, able to do any design you wish. My nails usually last 4 weeks and the shape is always perfect. They do offer other services like waxing, eyelashes, etc.
