We recently signed our house and land contract with Everyday Homes after more a year of searching. We’re so grateful that Aaron, our consultant, waved to us and invited us in and that’s where it all started! Aaron has been so helpful, patient and accommodating throughout the whole process. He always made time for our questions, even on his days off, and helped us negotiate our requests. We’re really grateful for all his help and looking forward to seeing what Everyday Homes can build for our future home!

I would highly recommend Joe at Everyday Homes to anyone who is looking at building a new home. This will be my fifth build as they are transparent and Accomodating to your construction needs. Joe was very helpful, patient and professional throughout the process. He listened to what I wanted and gave me great advice, which made choosing everything much easier. I bought house and land package in Spring Farm with my key contact being Aaron Prasad. He has been amazing in introducing me to this package, taking me through the process of buying and also reminding me on all communications and due dates.
