I'm sorry I came in so many times and was so needy, but your excellent customer service kept me coming back. Congratulations on the awesome new bike shop, you guys are total pros!
Very professional. Needed service on sticky road bike brakes that went through a tough winter. The problem was diagnosed quickly and both brakes were adjusted for an surprisingly reasonable price. I was impressed, being a person who works on many different bikes as a hobby. Meanwhile, Wheel and Sprocket told me that this would cost upwards of $60 per brake and that I had to buy new brake calipers. Also, there is a Northwestern Wildcat discount!
