Beautiful little shop with friendly and knowledgeable owners! They assembled my Brooklyn Bicycle Company Willow, helped me get everything I needed to start riding safely, and I'm beyond happy with my experience here.
Want to know how great these people are? They rescued my dog when he ran away — and personally delivered him to my house. That says everything.
Liz and Ben are awesome! They helped me find the right bike, the Yuba boda boda V2. I even got it customized with the monkey bars. My daughter is super happy and enjoys her new ride. I am really happy I found this place. It's like your goto neighborhood bike shop.
Ben and Liz were incredibly helpful. They assembled my new Surrey Bike and did a great job. It was so large it didn't fit inside the shop so they had to assemble it outside and kindly stored it for a few days until I could pick it up. Great customer service and they genuinely care. Ben even helped us map the best way back to Glencoe! I will probably buy an electric assist bike from them next.

So wonderful to have a knowledgable and helpful bike shop nearby. Their hours are great. I blew out my tire last night and having them open on a Sunday morning of a long weekend is so helpful. They gave me two days back of my holiday weekend to ride - that I didn't think I would have. They are even open a little bit on Memorial Day weekend. Stop on by - they order parts that you need and take care of you and your bike.
