The only reason this place has good reviews is because they were giving out gift cards for 5 star google reviews, and if I could rate negative stars, I would. One doctor, Caitlyn, we liked at first. This clinic got my daughter in as a new patient for a month out and I unfortunately lost the note with the time/date. However I was confident I would get notifications (which was my mistake). I didn’t receive a single call or notification about the appointment. Not even day of. Not even to sign paperwork. So when I called back to ask, they told me the appointment had already been missed and they would not reschedule or let me speak to someone about it. My ex spouse and I transferred our child out from this pediatric office because the pediatrician was creepy. We transferred the child weeks ago and the child has been receiving ongoing care through the new primary care physician. However, my ex spouse brought the child back to this office and this office did not notify me, the primary custodial parent, of the visit nor of any medications prescribed. Wow, my ex spouse and I share equal medical decision making over our child and this pediatric office not only disrespects my parental rights, but encourages my ex spouse to continue breaking our legal agreement. We both agreed to transfer our child to a better pediatrician and he scheduled with this office behind my back.
