Updated 2026: My daughter and son have both been seeing Dr Burns since they were born and we've always been happy with her. We like to practice and don't plan on leaving. Updated January 2024: was on hold for 80 minutes waiting to make an appointment. Terrible customer service. I'm really happy with the medical practitioners at Lakewood and that's why this is three stars. But not being able to reach the office is extremely frustrating and nobody has time to wait over an hour on a work day to make an appointment. Updated June... read more
Never leave your child alone with the staff here. Do yourself and your child a favor, and do not ever even bother being seen as a patient here.
If you love and value your children, don't bring them here. The only reason this place has good reviews is because they were giving out gift cards for 5 star google reviews, and if I could rate negative stars, I would. One doctor, Caitlyn, we liked at first. Then she testified against me in court for something that happened YEARS before she saw my child, that she knew absolutely NOTHING about, and never even bothered to get the history of. This clinic got my daughter in as a new patient for a month out and I unfortunately lost the note with the time/date. However I was confident I would get notifications (which was my mistake). I didn’t receive a single call or notification about the appointment. Not even day of. Not even to sign paperwork. So when I called back to ask, they told me the appointment had already been missed and they would not reschedule or let me speak to someone about it.
