They are taking advantage of people during the covid trying to charge late fees!! Management sent all residents a letter stating they are waiving late fees during this pandemic and asking them to pay $500 of rent also they won’t file evictions etc etc. That’s a bunch of BS as now after I moved out they are trying to charge me 2 months worth of late fees over $300 saying I need to prove documentation that I was affected by this pandemic
