My first visit to Evervet Prahran. Rhiannon and Ruby were fantastic-reassuring, knowledgeable and so caring. Ruby provided great advice and was excellent in summarising everything that we had covered in the appointment. I'm a first time puppy parent and they really put me at ease. Thank you 🙏
I loved being able to get a prompt appointment for our pup, I loved the friendly staff, and the vet was excellent and really helped us out. Fast, friendly expertise!
The vets, nurses, and support staff are always so lovely and friendly. I wouldn't trust my fur baby with any other clinic. My pet's treatment options are well explained to me and I am never pressured to make a particular decision, and there is no pushy upselling of products or services.
Calming and welcoming environment with attentive care and warmth shown by Rhiannon, followed by superb professionalism and attention to detail to explain the recovery process involved for a puncture wound by Dr Erin Short, thank you kindly both.
Always received the best care at this vet, could not recommend enough.
