Dr Claire and Dr Daniel have been incredible with my two reactive dogs. The nurses are all so warm and professional and the open plan layout of the office is fantastic.
Vet was fantastic. Sympathetic to the patient, patient with the owners, and very competent in her handling of the issue. Nurse at Reception was also very helpful and pleasant. Caring attitude of all staff really stood out.
We've unfortunately had a few visits in the past 6 months and the team are always so kind and reassuring. From the gals out front at reception, to each of the vet's who've seen Frankie - I'm always confident she's in great hands. Always appreciate the time taken to explain treatment options and follow up phone calls/updates provided throughout the day.
