Worst pharmacy hands down
Maybe it’s because I have always done hospital nursing but I have never seen a Pharmacy so unbothered with the daily mistakes that they are making! There’s no justification for their errors just trying to put more work on the nurses in the facilities to double and triple check all of the pharmacies work. It’s like the pharmacy doesn’t even have any quality control and they take no accountability for their errors.
Assisting living property demands we use this pharmacy. The co pay for 1 medication is $200 more than the grocery store pharmacy we used to use. Interesting this pharmacy is based in the same town as the assisted living's corporate headquarters.
This place is the definition of favoritism, there is absolutely no space to progress your career and the employees are absolutely something else, the bosses choose to go after employees who do the most work and get things done compared to the ones who are constantly on there phones and late. This was by far the worst job experience I have had
You have A very unprofessional staff. I have never dealt with a pharmacy that has placed blame on a staff for their own medication errors and incompetence. It is your companies go to. The Pharmacy board should shut you guys down, you’re a joke. Do you think it’s OK that your company wouldn’t transfer a child’s medication’s to a different pharmacy to be filled, so that child had to go without medication?
