Lesson learned today about when to schedule a wellness visit. I thank you for that. What was not a positive experience was having to wait until exactly 8:00 AM to have the doors opened by staff who just arrived at that time. The reason that this is a concern for me is a previous visit that I scheduled for 8:00 AM was canceled and I was not notified until after the time had elapsed.
