Disappointed with the service I’ve received here. Test results take weeks to get notification from the doctor meanwhile Labcorp sends me the results the next day. Got ultrasounds done over a month ago and never get results from the doctor. Phone calls go unanswered and then don’t get a call back for a voicemail that was left to schedule an “urgent” care visit. I have been seeing Dr. Jiwani for a little over 3 years now and I honestly wish I could give her and the practice 10 stars. My original doctor had decided to leave during the pandemic and let his practice just be run by NPs. I have nothing wrong with NPs, but the last straw was when the NP wouldn’t stick to the plan we had lined out and kept pushing me to surgery. I had enough and began looking for a new PCP. I truly can’t express how much I love Everside. Being able to see one doctor for a multitude of things is wildly convenient. There’s never a wait and the entire staff is kind, caring, and thorough. A lovely change of pace after years and years of overbooked doctors and hour long wait times.
