Totally unacceptable level of service. Firstly, there is not a doctor in this office anymore only a nurse practitioner and it’s on its last leg. The nurse practitioner has a very superficial level of knowledge. The office ghosted me on my first visit as no one called as scheduled. The next one, the day of the appointment they call saying the NP is late. The next time they call two hours before and say the NP is out and must reschedule. The doctor in that office is the Best
Disappointed with the service I’ve received here. Test results take weeks to get notification from the doctor meanwhile Labcorp sends me the results the next day. Got ultrasounds done over a month ago and never get results from the doctor. Phone calls go unanswered and then don’t get a call back for a voicemail that was left to schedule an “urgent” care visit. I have been seeing Dr. Jiwani for a little over 3 years now and I honestly wish I could give her and the practice 10 stars. My original doctor had decided to leave during the pandemic and let his practice just be run by NPs. I have nothing wrong with NPs, but the last straw was when the NP wouldn’t stick to the plan we had lined out and kept pushing me to surgery. I had enough and began looking for a new PCP.
