I have been a patient of Dr. Bancroft's for almost 10 years. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, down to earth, and easy to talk to. Although the practice continues to change names/locations and sometimes struggles with staff changes which can be frustrating, I haven't wanted to go anywhere else due to the excellent care I've received. Can never make an appointment when your sick. When you call them, they tell you to go to an urgent care instead.

My husband and I have been with Everside (Paladina) for years. Michele, Lorraine, and the rest of the staff are excellent, they get to know you as a person, you are not just as another patient. Dr. Banzon, is top-notch, she truly cares about her patients. She takes all the time that you need, you never feel rushed or that she isn’t listening.
