I was with my last PCP for 20+ years, but he retired. Needed to find a new Doctor I saw Dr. Bancroft on 09/30/25 for the first time. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff at the front desk was professional and friendly. Dr. Bancroft has an exceptional bedside manner and listened intently to all of my concerns. I have been a patient of Dr. Bancroft's for almost 10 years. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, down to earth, and easy to talk to. Although the practice continues to change names/locations and sometimes struggles with staff changes which can be frustrating, I haven't wanted to go anywhere else due to the excellent care I've received. My most recent interactions with staff over the phone have been pleasant and helpful. That said, since the switch to Marathon, it is very difficult to reach the doctor directly. Can never make an appointment when your sick. When you call them, they tell you to go to an urgent care instead.
