Staff at Windmill is wonderful! So patient, kind and easy to talk with. Dr. Mohamed is amazing! He listens to what you say in a very holistic way and you can tell he (as well as the staff) cares about you. We feel happy to have them all as our primary care facility.
First I’d like to say I appreciate the Collective Union Health Center on Windmill staff as a whole. Since I started making appointments here the service I have received has been phenomenal, two individuals stand out that have gone above and beyond from making appointments and rescheduling if needed as well as drawing blood when it’s needed. Lindsey G. and Maya C. As someone who has been in customer service my entire career it’s easy to see who is taking the extra steps!
Have been going to the Windmill location since the beginning of October and I have had excellent service every time, all the staff have been attentive to my needs. I highly recommend them. I have been seeing Rose McDonald and she is very thorough regarding my health concerns.
