This is a nice small clinic. I like that I can schedule my appointments online, and I usually find appointments pretty soon, but if there aren't any appointments available at their Salinas location, you can still schedule one in their Monterey's clinic. There's not usually waiting time like in other clinics, and doctors and staff are nice. However, I just learned that this clinic is closing sadly. Instead off clossing it, they should open more clinics like this one in the Monterey bay area.So that patients have more options.
I called on three different occasion to get my son check and I get same answer every time; there are no available appointments until a whole week later.
Just found out that Patients with CVT insurance were just dropped from this clinic. No notice or grace period to look for another doctor. Been a patient for a few years.
I love this office. The care is always great. My concerns are always heard, the Dr always takes enough time consulting with me. The ladies upfront are sweethearts. Everything is always so nice and clean. It's very calm & welcoming here.
