Not a bad dentist in fact she was very nice however, when I called them to ask if they took my dental plan, Dental 1 Carrington, they assured me they did. They gave me a proposal for work that I needed done. I agreed to the costs and they proceeded with the first part of treatment. When I called to make another appointment for the rest of my treatments, I was told they no longer accepted my plan. Really a bad business decision in my mind. This was my first visit to there new clinic. The new staff was really friendly and I am very happy with the treament ,it was painless.
I had a very positive experience at Dr. Nadi’s clinic. The doctor was gentle and attentive to my concerns. The new staff is warm and professional, making the visit pleasant. I highly recommend this dental clinic for quality care and the new clinic looks amazing.
Horrible experience! Treatment and care is rushed and clearly a money grab, go find another dentist if you can. Used to feel secure in being seen here but after observation you can see how the Dr ridicules their staff and that led to mismanaged and poor bedside manner.
