Dr. Nadi and all staff are kind and respectful and great at handling a 33 year old woman with low pain tolerance. Couldn't ask for a better dentist.
I would absolutely put 0 stars if I could.. first let me start with this.. my daughter was seen and then told they would contact me 3 to 4 weeks to see if insurance would cover the treatment...never heard from t hem 7 weeks in..then I had to call.. they said they did have anything in the system requesting anything like that..so they never sent in the request to insurance and now have to wait again.. never heard back AGAIN.. so I had to call for them to tell me they denied it.. I don't recommend this place. The dentist doesn't do good work and rushes through everything. She did a deep cleaning in 5 minutes, can you believe it? Plus, my fillings weren't done properly, which is really disappointing. No recomiendo este lugar, la dentista no hace buenos trabajos y hace todo muy rápido, me realizó una limpieza profunda en 5minutos pueden creerlo? Además de que mis rellenos no quedaron bien es una decepción.
I was referred here, and they wanted to charge me $600 for 2 rinses that are used after a root canal. I ended up going to Fresno, where they don't charge for that. Also in the waiting room you are packed in like sardines. I wasn't impressed and will not be going back. Awful experience.
This is the worst dental office I have ever visited, please do not seek their services! From the very first time, they were very neglectful. They asked for my ID to fill out some paperwork and never gave it back. Come the weekend, I finally realized they never gave it back and I had to call them to ask! They never reached out even though it was their fault they did not give me back my ID for a whole weekend!
