They do not take into consideration the pain of the patient. Not taking it serious that the patient is not numb and the needle is not used correctly. After stating pain they rushed the procedure for my root canal. Now I am experiencing pain that was supposed to be taken care of. Getting annoyed when patient is uncomfortable and not wanting to listen. Especially when this is the first procedure being done for dental at this extent. I should be able to discuss my pain without receiving agitation on the dentist account.
Waiting room is super small , but they are pretty fast and get you in and out in a good amount of time .
