If I could give 0 stars If I could give 0 stars, I would. Tried to get through to Customer Loyalty (I was on phone 5 times from 1-6:30 PM on Oct. 19, 2022) and each time I get to someone after being on hold for hours they put me on hold again and disconnect me then I start all over and same thing happened after being on hold for an hour. I wish I could give this service negative stars. I moved to a new home after being a customer for 4 years. They say I can’t move my old equipment but instead I’m getting a great deal at over $600 with a savings of over $1000 off. Are you serious. I’ve been a customer paying over $60 a month. Wow. What horrible service. In order to get a quote I had to have a sales rep come to my home and he spent about 5 minutes with me. I’m so frustrated. Horrible horrible service. Run!!!

Cam system installed incorrectly brought me to lose cam views in my cell 30 minutes on the phone with no resolution Tech person at home, unable to fix it and horrible attitude My blink cams work with no problem ADT does not A second tech person expected today and canceled Nasty person called me No manner at their end and very unprofessional Stay away

my cell phone was upgraded on wed 3 and their was a problem with it. everybody was great in solving the problem especially nick and norbert who stayed late until it was solved.-excellant service!!! james m -albuquerque

I've had an ADT system for a ten years and am transitioning to another provider. I laugh when ADT describes their installers as "Pros". I've never seen such shoddy installation practices, ever. When they enter your house to install their system, keep an eye on them and ask questions...
