I am not and never will be because of a driver who almost rear ended me. He was blowing his horn and waving his hands to make me go faster. I was going over the speed limit! If your service people are this rude, then I want no part of your business. I am glad he showed his true colors though because I am in the market for a new security system. I had not called them yet and now I never will. Thanks truck #1121 for letting me know who NOT to call.
The customer service is lacking. The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. The left foot doesnt know what the right is doing. Neither hands nor feet know what the body is doing. I have never seen such chaotic disorganization. The customer service is not good. The communication is not good. They systems constantly stop working.
