Jarrett worked to figure out the issue we were having with our Alarm system. It’s been working great since he fixed it but it took month and multiple other technicians before he did it to figure it out. We really appreciate him and he had to come today to check our system and knows them so well and is able to problem solve and fix issues. Great customer service!
My experience with Everon has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, I was misled by Michael Sutton, who sold me a non-UL-certified alarm system for nearly the same price as my brother’s fully UL-certified system. When I later requested an upgrade to meet UL certification standards, I was quoted a price that was nearly double what I had already paid, with vague justifications citing "policy changes" and "higher monitoring costs." I used their services for many years for our Regulation 4 annual fire system testing for our commercial building in Los Angeles. The company has gone through multiple name changes, from Red Hawk, to ADT, and now Everon Solutions. While much of the field staff has remained the same, the overall process has become more disappointing year after year.
