I usually never do reviews but i just had to for the experience i’ve had with the technician Ernie! He was the most kindest and knowledgeable vendor i’ve dealt with. I only request him to come to my stores. As long as he’s with Everon i will continue to be a lasting client.

We had an on going issue with adding an alarm code for 5 months. Brian Bennett came out and was able to fix the problem within the hour. He provided excellent customer service and he knew exactly the issue when we had other techs for months come out to our location and still couldn’t figure it out.
