Unfortunately, one star is as low as the rating scale can go. We had contracted with ADT in the early 2000s and all was well until the Everon takeover last year. The company's customer service was confusing - one person would say one thing, another person would tell a different story. The left hand did not know what the right hand was doing at any time.
