The house had so many underlying issues that we had contractors coming multiple times a week for the first two months we lived here. We still have no use of the upstairs shower we're paying for 5 months after move- in (due to mouse poop coming out of the walls. Lovely, right?). On top of this, they have the audacity to start and maintain a multi- week email chain about the EDGES OF THE GRASS ON THE LAWN.
