Works with shady owners that don't fix anything. I've had several issues with them and the landlord not being held accountable but they want full amount rent. We have been without AC for 2 weeks. Posted this june 23 2025. They commented saying they take these things serious the same day. Told me to message them via e mail and haven't heard a word back. Signed a fixed‐term lease at $1,675/month, only to see Evernest jack up my rent to $2,000 with zero notice or lease amendment. When I tried to contact them about it, Andrea and her team took forever to respond and did nothing to help. Eventually they passed me off to another property management company. I wish I could leave 0 stars.
