So apparently after switching from Patriot Properties to Evernest, my first review is GONE. Trying to be clever Evernest and make your rating higher??? Or is that an automatic removal once ownership changes? We first rented from here when the company was Patriot Properties. Great management at first and great communication. Maintenance issues, which were few, taken care of right away. Not satisfied with the service they provide. If the tenant is few days late in paying rent they hold funds until their accounting decides to to pay owners. Not customer focused- focused on what’s convenient for them not for the home owners. May other issues with is property management
Absolute worst first experience with this company. We used them while moving to a different country. Emails and phone calls were ignored, you essentially had to call multiple days, multiple times. The phone numbers that they had listed were incorrect. Apparently there is one person at the office with no access to any of your account information. Per contract they are supposed to notify you if any repairs and such exceeds $500. A number of times they went and did whatever it was they did and charged us 4 installments of $450,... read more
DO NOT MOVE INTO AN EVERNEST PROPERTY. Moving into an Evernest Property was a huge mistake. Our home has not had a working dishwasher for the 4 weeks we have lived here. There is no sense of urgency to fix the issues and no our dryer is also broke and they have give us no roadmap for when the issues will be fixed. They make you jump through hoops to live in a place but then do nothing to support you as a resident.
