Very unprofessional, extreme lack of communication, no follow through and unmet commitments. I would not recommend seeing as this is how they conduct business.
I'm so disappointed with my EverLights I have had them less then a month and a section stopped working. I had to write call email multiple times to get someone to respond and then they asked for a picture and basically said they couldn't make it to my house for over a month. I tried to make sure it would be under the warranty even though they wouldnt see the issue till after the 30 day mark. Without a doubt the biggest regret I have is buying these for my house. They break constantly I have to have them send someone out every single year at a minimum and regularly have to wait 2+ months for them to make a repair. Meanwhile my friends with Jellyfish lights have had zero issues and never had their lights not turn on and work the first time. Save yourself the nightmare and go with Jellyfish or Govee
