I am giving it a 4 star primarily because we have had our lights six months and a side of our house started turning a different color and always staying on after numerous phone calls to identify the problem over two months and determining it was a light out that is causing they finally sent someone to fix it and they look beautiful again! customer support and service post install isn’t fabulous but they are working on it - if you are lucky enough to not have problems they are wonderful and look beautiful!
They pretty much suck, always malfunctioning. Go with someone else if you can.
I will preface this with I have attempted to communicate with both the contractor and Everlights directly and while the contractor responds (poorly and doesn't show up when they say) and continues to come out and make small fixes to what seem to be installation issues, the underlying issue is these lights just aren't that good. I had them installed in 2023 and they have never consistently worked for more than 2 months at a time (And I have never used them more than a couple days around a holiday) without individual lights an... read more
My installer Eduardo was exceptionally professional and meticulous. He did a fantastic job, communicated each step of the way, was very courteous. I would recommend this without reservation.
Do not use this company! If I could give no stars I would. Customer service is horrible! Still waiting on someone to email or call back to have service done on lights that are not working. It has been almost a month and zero contact. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
