EverLights was easy to work with and the installation especially went well. Chase was kind and professional. We’re excited for our house’s new look!
BUYER BEWARE! We got our lights installed last fall and from the beginning including the demo after the install we were having connection issues with the bridge. We have had to reset the bridge anywhere from a few hours to a week. They continue to give the run around on troubleshooting and even have told us it is our internet service provider fault which is google fiber. They have also told me to buy a WiFi extender with an Ethernet port and connect my bridge that way at my expense, that also didn’t resolve anything. Just to... read more

You're happy to sell, but your warranty work and service are the worst. UPDATE: I gave them a 1 star because of their upper management needs to be looked at, if it takes 2 months to repair they need to hire more professionals installers and on the job tech's, It took a bad review to get this problem taken care of. The knowledgeable, professional Chase that came is a excellent repair tech. If I have another problem I'm asking for him for sure. (Thank you Chase for taking care of the problem.)
