Stay away. STAY FAR AWAY. I will amend my statement if my lights are replaced as we have asked. This company is a scam. You pay for something that never works. Your lights will work once and then need to be fixed, and then take a month to fix and charge you $50, and then then go out again. I can not use them, and I have hardly ever used them. To say we are dissatisfied with EverLights would be a huge understatement. We had them install lights on our house four years ago, and while we received a discount due to a six-month delay in installation, that was the only positive part of our experience. Initially, everything seemed great. However, within three months, the lights stopped working. EverLights came out to fix the issue, but the same problem kept happening. The service to sell you lights was VERY fast and smooth. So we were happy UNTIL they stop working and have rescheduled to come fix them three times. We are new customers with barely a year with the lights. I am not happy on how difficult it is to contact them for troubles vs how fast they take your money. Update: we’ve had these lights for a few years now. They had to come out multiple times to repair them, replace something, the list goes on. Of course we always tried to program them before a Holiday so we missed a number of opportunities to use them for the simple reason they could never get out until after the holiday.
