My daughter moved in here Dec 2019 . It was nothing but hell for her. The people under her always called the police soon as they heard her come home from work with her two young boys. After being there for three months the police were called 4 times or more. She respected the late hours and was very quiet. Her 1 year old walked a little fast at times. worst customer service. Not sure if they are lazy or plain rude. You can never ask them anything because they get an attitude. very unhappy people
My fiancé and I lived her for almost 18 months (lease ends in October) and everything was fine until the complex switched management. Loved Libby and Allison, they are very friendly and helpful with all concerns. However since management switched none of the employees in the office seem to care about the ongoing water problem. For 5 months now, the plumbing in my building has smelled unacceptably foul. I’ve gone to them with my concerns and taken the necessary steps to get it fixed and yet the problem remains.
