First of all, it started when I called the office and spoke to Ben. He's just as amazing. He answered all of my questions and made sure I had everything before coming to my appointment. His customer service is top tier and more than appreciated. This is my first time seeing Dr. Guiang and I didn't go in there with expectations but if I did, she's exceeded them. I have been a patient with this practice for about 6 months now. My experience has been quite pleasant ☺️ 😊 😌 🙂 especially with the staff, atmosphere, from the time you enter the practice. Meeting my doctor Jeff Tinapay, in office for the first time, was extraordinary. Even though he had other patients to see that day, he took the time to know me, "the patient", and that meant so much to me.
