My wife had an appointment to determine a diagnosis for ongoing pain issues she is experiencing. After seeing the nurse practitioner and getting an MRI done weeks later, she had a follow up appointment to review the MRI results, but the praxis canceled a day before, and offered a new appointment in a month!! We understand that things can come up, but its not acceptable to have to wait another month for an issue that is causing daily pain and discomfort. First of all, it started when I called the office and spoke to Ben. He's just as amazing. He answered all of my questions and made sure I had everything before coming to my appointment. His customer service is top tier and more than appreciated. This is my first time seeing Dr. Guiang and I didn't go in there with expectations but if I did, she's exceeded them. I have been a patient with this practice for about 6 months now. My experience has been quite pleasant ☺️ 😊 😌 🙂 especially with the staff, atmosphere, from the time you enter the practice. Meeting my doctor Jeff Tinapay, in office for the first time, was extraordinary.
