Finish the job that was started four months ago or more. We were promised that once a crew was assigned to our job they would not be assigned to any other job. I think this is not the case. Our "project manager", who sold us on Everlast, went to work for another company but assured us he is still contracted to finish our job. That was in September! It is now the end of December!
Working with Everlast was a negative experience and I can't recommend them. My project was complex, involving full remodel of kitchen/bathroom/living room/laundry room, building a ground floor addition, removing a main structural wall, and replacing the back deck. We're home reno veterans so I understand about unexpected surprises and reasonable industry-standard quality. RecommendedI would like to highly recommend Everlast Construction. I recently contracted with them to complete a big renovation of my patio. It turned out exactly like I had hoped. The demolition crew, cement and finishing crew, patio roof construction crew and electricians were all very professional and took pride in their work. Their customer service was first rate. Thank you Project Managers. Frank and Itay, , for overseeing the project. Thanks to all of you, I will be enjoying my new refurbished patio for years to come.
Me and my parents was looking to get our bathroom and floor done. We had 5 different estimate from different company and we find Everlast Construction online, then a friend gave us their name as well. I did my kitchen and both of my bathrooms, after taking estimates from several companies I came across Everlast Construction and Itay was the project manager. He was detailed and very professional. We used Everlast Construction for our home renovation. Itay, the owner of the company, was fantastic. He walked us through the entire process, and was always responsive whenever we needed him, which we really appreciated. It really made the entire process easy for us. When renovating an old house, there will always be some issues to deal with, but Itay was on top of everything and took care of every little issue along the way. I had a full roof removal and replacement, which included removal of the old swamp cooler. Here in the bay area, it is now required to have a cool roof, which is what I got. Ari and Gideon was upfront and honest about the products available, the time it would take, and financing options. Jorg, the roofer, also explained everything he was doing and how long it would take.
