Would never recommend this company, my experience was very similar to the other negative reviews on here. I had discussed aeration and dethatching with Jerry, he recommended aeration in spring and dethatching in fall, I agreed as that is standard and appropriate healthy lawn practice. He sent his tech out who instead aerated and dethatched all in one day in the spring, aerating first then dethatching right afterward which covered up all the aeration holes and rendered the treatment completely worthless. I called Everist last spring (2023) when I was having a problem with a leaking valve in my irrigation system. They told me they couldn't give me an estimate without looking and assessing the problem. When the "technician" came out to assess the situation, he stated there was nothing wrong with my system and left. No paperwork, no estimate, no invoice, no signatures. 1 month later, Everist emails me an invoice for $125, with no explanation of the charges. I have contacted them 3 times, but no response. I had them blow out my mom's system for winter. They called while on site and said there was no blow off valve but could install it. I agreed and paid them only to find in the spring that they cut and left the main line when installing the blowout. Knowing the system would not work when it started in the spring.

Did business for about 4 years, blowouts, maintenance, etc, including one project that I never even requested a bid on, I just said “treat me fair.” That project was well over $10K. After paying for my project, the drip system didn’t work, joints blew apart and my option was “pick up the parts and finish it yourself because I don’t have time.” This is after I paid.
