Stayed here Last year ( 6 months ago) Received a random recharged one Friday night (6 months after staying here) Was charged the security deposit plus for all the nights i stayed there even though i already paid 6 months ago! Called the Hotel who said they supposedly changed their payment system and it charge everyone who has ever stayed at the hotel’s card. Yikes! Was told by hotel staff the money would be back into my account within 7-10 days. It has since been 19 Days no money back and cannot receive any type of help from... read more

We are gonna be a long-term guest at ever suites in Glendale and Jordan has been extremely helpful every time we come in she is friendly. She has a smile she says hello. She’s always asking if there’s anything she can do for us. She has been amazing throughout this personal terrible ordeal that brought us to our suites and we look forward to seeing her smiling face every day so the unknown amount of time we will be staying in this wonderful hotel.
