Everything was awesome, Jordan and Angel was so helpful and understanding, their customer service was worth everything.. both are very polite and were always very friendly and willing to help us out
The manager Ashley was really helpful and jordan working front desk made it really easy to check in they where both really helpful and accommodated our needs.The hotel was overall amazing the rooms where clean and look really nice.Everything was good overall will be coming back.

We booked a handicap-accessible room with a roll-in shower for Presidents’ Day weekend and specifically chose this hotel because those accommodations were confirmed at the time of reservation. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the hotel did not provide the accessible room we reserved. This failure placed a disabled senior in an extremely uncomfortable and undignified position.
