I used Evergrow for the past 2 years as my property manager. I have been pleased with their services and would continue to use them if I still had a rental property. They were responsive to the tenants when problems arose and to the owner when problems were noted that needed to be addressed.
I was referred to Evergrow at a stressful time in my life. With a number of investment properties in Indiana, and me living in San Diego, there was a lot of correcting and rehabilitating to do! In three months, Evergrow has caringly and so professionally helped to get some pretty desperate issues resolved and continues to be there for me, I did not dream was possible!
