Ok this property management company did not check references only bank statements and the thing is a lot of people cannot keep a lot of money in their bank accounts for many reasons. When you live in a place where you pay more rent than the place you are looking at and you have no late pays obviously you can afford to pay a cheaper amount. The other problem is no refunds on the application fees.
