I was referred to Evergrow at a stressful time in my life. With a number of investment properties in Indiana, and me living in San Diego, there was a lot of correcting and rehabilitating to do! In three months, Evergrow has caringly and so professionally helped to get some pretty desperate issues resolved and continues to be there for me, I did not dream was possible! I am so grateful and I hope everyone on the Evergrow team knows that!

i found a property they had listed for rent, available june 21st. i immediately reached out within 2 hours of it being listed and asked to view the property & was told it was not available for viewing until june 21st. thats okay, i can wait. 2 days later i received a text saying it was available for showings. i booked a showing for the next morning & applied the same day. as soon as i submitted my application, the property was suddenly available. i reached out to the listing agent via phone making sure they knew i was availa... read more

I worked with Evergrow from start to finish on 3 of my rental properties in the Indianapolis area since 2018 until 2024 when they helped me to sell them. They were excellent with communication. I was an out of state investor, and Evergrow made the process of owning rentals in a different market than my primary residence as easy as it could have been. I would certainly recommend them as a property management company and would work with them again if the opportunity presented itself.

For parts of this process, was out of the country when trying to make this all happen. I could not have done so without Evergrow. They were straight shooters, told me what I needed to do (not what I wanted to hear), and have been on top of everything. Extremely easy to work with, professional, + generous with their time & expertise. Highly recommend for any and all real estate needs, as an owner, tenant, or investor.
