Visit on 8/7/26: MA and Dr were GREAT. They took time with my disabled adult son and smartly sent samples to lab that eventually proved that the sores were being treated incorrectly for over 6 mos.
This place should be renamed to "[Non-] Urgent [Don't] Care". They take a lifetime to attend to a patient who is need of care. Their doctor is sitting on laptop inside, taking their sweet time. And when you request or follow-up they either frown upon or shun you away. Staff is far from welcoming and rude. Humanity is lost here in a place of "care", so ironic!
Neither APRN nor her assistant is professional. The assistant is even rude. They would throw a bunch of tests on you that you don't need pragmatically. They are primarily focused on maximizing profit at the expense of the patients.
Disappointed with the treatment here. Felt the doctor did not care enough and rushed through the diagnosis. I visited with severe pain and told them I was on pain meds and feeling a bit better. They did not diagnose properly and suggested a few things which should not be done in my condition (I realized it today). It kind of worsened my pain.
Very sick. Took me right away. Front staff great. Medical staff were kind and understanding of the situation. They do need to hire more medical staff tho.
