The website gave an estimated wait time of 10-30 min. Front desk said it would be a 40-min wait. Waited 1-hour in the lobby then was told it would be another 30 min wait while we were in the exam room. They mentioned there was only one provider which is fine, I just wish the website and front desk gave more realistic time frames. We ended up leaving after already waiting for over an hour. I won’t be visiting this location again and would recommend you go to other urgent care clinics.
I am giving this place a 3 start because of today’s visit with our 4 year old son. He was miserable and had a terrible flu, the receptionist yelled at us twice to have a mask on him and he was super congested and totally uncomfortable to wear a mask. The second reason is the rude with zero bedside manners medical assistant Elissa, she looked annoyed since she saw us, has zero skills, was asking questions and kept stared at me as I am not speaking English and even when I answered her she asked the question again in a very rud... read more
Had a very unpleasant experience here with a PA who liked touching patients and calling them "dear." He wasn't even remotely competent.
Was in and out pretty quick.
