As in the ER and didn't get treated for my very bad kidney infection for over six hours as my fever climbed I was ignored and very sick. Sure they said there I'm sorry but it just can't excuse the neglect of care I received.
Worst billing department ever!!! What hospital only has 1 billing rep and this paticular person NEVER returns phone calls.
