Amazing and wonderful! Everyone is so great!!! Michael our case manger, Nicole our nurse and Len our self care aide are the best! So Helpful and caring! Always positive and so helpful! And the on call staff who are here for us 24 hours a day! My Dad is 80 years old and Vietnam Vet and he is receiving the best care from all! Thank you for helping us all through this tough time! We couldn't do it with out you!

I do not know if they are going to actually serve us. Ive had four calls to get homecare set up. Done intake two times. Every call they ask if my husband agrees for homehealth services. It's now almost the end of the week & no one has scheduled anything. Im wondering if they actually have staff available to come to our home. He is suppose to get O/T, P/T, RN & bath aid. They appear to be quick to call to get things set up but lack on actually scheduling anything. Two days & 2 calls on stating they will call after there 2:30 ... read more

I’ve been having trouble finding Home Health. I called their line and asked them to check to make sure they had availability excepted my insurance. I did all this. They said yes no problem. I sent over my referral within in 20 minutes. I call back three days later cause they say it takes 2 to 3 days to approve my approval on my referral and now there’s no availability and not willing to work with me to try to get somebody out here just even for the day to help me with something that needed to be done immediately very unprofe... read more

I have never seen or e even heard of an agency with such poor communication, lack of compassion, coordination, or even giving the impression that they could care any less whether or not my wife lives through the week. I worked in home health from 2004 to 2023. I worked for some of the worst, some that have been shut down, and some of the best. My first terrible experience with Evergreen Health was in 2010, when one of my clients was assigned to them. They have not improved!
