I just got out of 11 days in hospital. The hospital doctor had signed me up ahead of time and although evergreen could not promise quick service on short notice they were able to send somebody out the next day. The service itself with the first visit from PT was terrific. Friendly, very competent and timely. Part of what made this work was the hospital social worker.
I received great care from Cindi, one of the home care PT nurses. I'd read the accounts of scheduling difficulties etc, and so I was kind of nervous when my dr referred me to Evergreen, but I had no problems at all--I was scheduled quickly, and Cindi was both kind and professional. I would definitely refer people to Evergreen.
We called everyday for 5 days for my 91 yo mom after a hip break and skilled nursing. We brought her to our home and lucky thing or she would have no help toward recovery. It’s been 8 days got an assessment and waiting on phone calls from bath aide, occupational therapist and physical therapist. Can you imagine waiting this long for a bath aide? They generate a sense of help but it’s completely absent
My loved one was on both Evergreen home health and just was on Evergreen Hospice care services. I was truly impressed with the kindness and assistance that Evergreen hospice and home health care team assisted my family member! . They provided education and assistance when asked for services. I would highly recommend
