I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Evergreen Homes. I encountered several issues with the water line to my home. The builder does not back items after the 2-year warranty even though I had two water line leaks. I simply asked for assistance with the bill and their response is as follows: "I Wanted to deliver this message from Evergreen Homes upper-management concerning your request. I’ve just completed my first year in my home that Evergreene built in Preston Lake. They have been great to work with. Their home warranty is wonderful and they have repaired any issues that I found after moving in. I would recommend looking at them for your new home.
Wonderful community, horrible quality home. Still fixing their mistakes after only 5 years. Gas leaks since construction, unfinished ceilings, garage separating from foundation, replacing hot water tank do to faulting plumbing., leaking water lines, sinking fence and cracked ceilings.
Working with the team at Evergreene Homes has been a great experience. David, Ryan, Crystal, and their staff are professional, responsive, and top quality!
