This place is a joke. Just left a 3:15pm appt at 5:05pm with my pregnant daughter!!!! Then when we go to leave they give my daughter a lab order for down the street because they are closing!!!! Not o e psrson said " sorry about your wait". No people skills and most seem incompetent.
I went there for the first time, 10 days ago. I had my annual Mammogram done and the tech was great at her job, extremely friendly and very professional. My reason for only giving a one star review, is because 10 days later, I still have not received my results or anything in my portal. I've called my primary and he hasn't received anything either. I recommend Mercy Imaging for any scans. They typically send results and reports by the next day. I won't be going back to this facility.
Everyone here is very friendly and professional. My mom has been through quite a few physicians last few years. We finally found a doctor that really cares. Natalie Groshong, thank you for being there for us.
Love the doctors and receptionists here but the last time I was in i had a semi aggravating experience. I was in for a self swab and urine sample and I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes with my toddler and there wasnt anyone in the waiting room besides me and one other person. Saw people get called back and leave within the entire time I was there . I went up to the desk after 45 mins because I was going to be late to work and asked if they were gonna call me back soon .
