My father currently resides at Evergreen & has lived there for the past year. Over the course of the year he’s had a few medical issues arise. The staff has been amazing in caring for him & contacting me to let me know what was going on. There are a few staff members that have stood out in their care & concern for him as well. We want to thank the Evergreen Team for their care of our late friend during her final years. Her illness was progressive. The care team responded consistently with compassion and respect managing even the most awkward moments with grace. The nurse Health Care Coordinator James was exceptional in his efforts to keep us informed and assistance during several hospital and physical rehabilitation stays at other facilities. We placed my 96 year old mother in Evergreen Prescott in February 2024, after she fell and was unable to return to her home. We have been completely satisfied with every aspect of her care there. The facility as a whole, and here apartment specifically, are like new. The food is excellent with lots of variety. Best, and most importantly, the quality of her care is great.
