Tried to get an apartment here, was denied because when they ran my rental history they said I have an eviction on my record. I have rented a total of 8 apartments in my lifetime, not 1 eviction, on top of it I applied somewhere else and they said they didn't see anything of the sort. Tried to contact landlord and the managment. No answer whatsoever. Stay far away from this place, I will never do business with a team that won't even admit or try to correct an error that they made. I lived here for almost 7 years and could not have been happier. The apartments were very large considering the price of rent and I rarely had a problem with broken appliances. The management and staff were friendly and helpful, always just a phone call away. Neighbors with kids could sometimes be loud and the noise would travel from the hallways, but this is no different than most apartments. Neighbors were always extremely friendly. stay away. stay far far away. this place was good 4 years ago, but after a change of staff, several people here have been getting harassed by the "maintenance manager" and have brought these issues up to the owners of the property only to be evicted. now it is our turn. william graper will evict you for any reason he feels fit, even breaking the law to do it. look, wave, and keep driving. not worth your health over it
