I rented an apartment here from June of 2018 to June of 2019. I was quite satisfied with my time here the only thing I can agree on from past reviews was the thin walls and floors. I rented an upper and could constantly hear the people downstairs. Other than that my apartment was well maintained and clean carpet was all brand new. this is worse place i have ever lived. full of bed bugs . very old. they will charge you ton of money for nothing when you vacate the place. you will probably will not get back the Deposit you paid while moving in.

This apartment complex needs to list a current number so possible tenants can reach the owners if they are interested in what they see. I'll also agree with the paper thin walls, if you plan to rent on the first floor of the three buildings this company owns, don't plan on getting sleep because tenants upstairs do not practice common curtesy. To keep it simple.......this place is a train wreck. Paper thin wall/floors/celling where you will hear EVERYTHING! The only good thing to happen while trying to live here has been this month, (June 2015) when Randy the hack is no longer pretending to work here. The new owners know he is a fraud. You have been warned!
