I called with a special needs appointment request (blind Mastiff) and needed to keep the anxiety down and not overstimulate his senses (traumatized at another vets) and the whole staff rocked it! Bruce actually enjoyed his new friends! Thank you all for being so accommodating and understanding! Sorry for all the slingers he left behind...lol
Super friendly, my dog is anxious and this is the first time he’s ever rolled over and begged to be touched and loved on by a vet. They listened to what we had to say instead of just dealing with what they thought was a problem and pushing us out the door. 10/10 stars! ⭐️
I already love this place! My dog needed help and the receptionist provided us with a same day appointment. Everyone from the front desk person to the tech and Vet herself was skilled, accommodating, respectful, and personable. I am truly grateful for my experience at Evergreen and will continue to bring my animals there!
A wonderful experience for our Gadget and Button kittens. Their first checkup since adoption went smoothly. Everyone was gentle and thoughtful with them. This will be our vet of choice for sure. Thanks to all.
I am fairly new to Evergreen Vet and I can only say I wish I had changed my Vet years ago. We recently lost our sweet Ebony, who was our mom's dog before mom passed. Ebony became very ill and Dr. MacGruder was kind, loving, and cried with me as I had to put her down, heartbreaking for our family. A few months later we had to put our cat down, cancer got her, and again, the staff were so compassionate and amazing. I will continue to use this clinic and encourage my friends to do the same. Today and about 3 weeks ago I took my kitties here to get neutered and I'm very pleased with this great veterinary clinic. It's a nice place, clean and spacious. They are all very nice, polite, respectful and professional.
