If I could give a zero or minus stars I would. Their customer service is the pits. They installed this system in my house and it is malfunctioning. I am so frustrated that I am having an independent electrician cone out in the morning. This stupid thing has woken us up at 5 am twice and 1:30 am last night. Grrrrrr!!

Poor customer service (nearly non-existent). Can't get them out to fix/replace our system. Told them in, "literally waving cash in their face" of they would get the job done. Alarm call center people call and sound like they're drunk on the phone. Call center does not call contact list in a timely manner (our completely). Second or third contact will get a call (sometimes) 20 minute later. All completely unacceptable!
Horrible experience with them.
Customer service is incredible.
