I moved in 2013. I was paying $750 a month. And paid a $400 deposit that I never got back. They raised the rent almost every 3-6 months. During the remodel they left the carpet outside uncovered. Which caused the carpet to become flea infested weather you had an animal or not and that was blamed on you. Water was shut off a couple times for 2-3 days.
