Exceptional work from start to finish beginning and ending with sales pro Jason's expert assessment of an old house (1911) with several layers of roof (3). These guys are highly skilled and work super hard to provide excellent results and amazing customer service and very fair pricing. Highly recommend!
Kayed came to our house and listened to our remodel idea, he then suggested an alternative that would cost us less money and produce more space. Very informative with lots of great ideas. He even let us pepper him with design questions long after our appointment time. Very good experience.
Update: Happy Ending! What a nice fella. I was so impressed with Brian’s response to my previous review and left him a thank you message. He promptly got back to me and again apologized and thanked me for bringing the issue to his attention. We chatted a bit and I mentioned a toe guard had fallen off the roof in the recent windstorm. It had been up there since 2018 but no one had mentioned it. He’s sending Angel out today to make sure the nail is fully pounded in and won’t cause a leak.
