This condo management team won’t do anything to resolve your condo problems. They will take their time and say we have to wait for answer. Come on’ we all know it doesn’t take that longer to hire a contractor to do the work. In addition, they will charge you (owner) move in/out fees even though the owner is doing all the work and administration paperwork themselves. Please if you care about your family and friend do not encourage them to move anywhere, where Evergreen Management Group 17 Commerce Dr, Bedford, NH 03110 Is the property manager. They have not helped me with flooding in my basement that I have told them about since 2020. My car was towed illegally for unscheduled maintenance on the property. No attempt was made to reach me. When I called to ask what the company policy was for this situation I was placed on hold for a half hour and told I needed to pay over a hundred dollars to file a complaint. I would recommend taking you business elsewhere. If your in the market for a condo make sure these guys aren’t managing the property.

Evergreen is a miserable group to work with and does not deserve a single star. Its management team treats tenants like children by speaking to them in rude and patronizing tones, sometimes refusing to continue conversation entirely if they do not agree. Communications from the management team are informal, unprofessional, and often contradict one another. Recently Andover and other towns had the natural gas disaster. Our condo was evacuated and the power was turned off. All of us here on Longwood Dr want to thank Geoff for coming over quickly ,.turning the gas off and checking on the buildings Again thank you so much

Their staff is slow to respond, they don't acknowledge mistakes like having inaccurate contact information on their websites or not responding to maintenance inquiries. I was charged late fees during a period of time when I was not receiving statements and was unaware my fee went up, which they refused to waive. I emailed to ask about it after 3 late fees, they never responded during which time they charged 3 more late fees. I live at Ironwood on the Green in Middleton, MA. In my situation, I have only been dealing with Evergreen Harvard Group employees. Evergreen Harvard Group is now part of Associa in Texas. Supposedly they offer classes to boards on appropriate ways to govern, maybe Evergreen execs need to take the same classes. I even filed a BBB complaint against the company.
