I made an appointment to have my AC serviced over one month in advance with an explanation of the type of splits I own. On the day of the appointment they called me to tell me they don’t service those types of splits. Wasted over a month with a confirmed appointment, only to drive to my home at 8am (it’s an Airbnb) only to find out on the day of my appointment that they won’t service my type of splits. Very disappointing.
Do not rearrange your schedule to accommodate for their services. They called and cancelled. I will not be using their services.
Great company! Adam is wonderful. Very friendly and reliable service. He was able to diagnose the problem with our blower and repair it quickly. He is very knowledgeable and you can trust him to get the job done right. Only regret is that we didn't call sooner. I highly recommend them.
We hired Evergreen to install an HVAC system in our home and a mini split in our addition. I normally do not write reviews. I prefer to give companies the benefit of the doubt, but our experience has been so negative and prolonged that it has become necessary to write this. This project was quoted at ~$20k.
