Evergreen place was a good place I lived at the Evergreen place for a short time and feel it is helpful to write a review for those interested. Pros- the apartments are beautiful and very well maintained. The location is excellent and the manager helps keep rules followed. Move out was a good process
i like it here but need more parking would like to see more parking spots avaialble
Love it here We love living here.......
