I trust Dr. Basma Raees with the care of my 5yo daughter who has had a complicated medical history since birth. I knew we needed someone exceptional to follow our daughters care closely, and to be an advocate for her health. She has been our only pediatrician. I’ve called now 5 times in a three week span of time and only once did I get someone on the phone. They said they would call back in 10 mins and I am now going on 18 hours with no call back. I left voicemails the other 4 times and the recording states to allow 24 hours to get a call back. Not one call has been returned! We are now 4 weeks since my son had his testing done, no follow up, no confirmation of test results other then they have been received by staff there. This is Dr Rashmi Arora. I joined Evergreen Pediatrics recently. I have been in practice for 29 years. Dr Basma Raees MD , Dr Lisa Brennan ND and staff Mary, Edith and Ana are very helpful, compassionate and good listeners. They all love children and parents and make this office a happy place. �
not very happy with my boys doctor. They do not give me the support I want, and do not show interest in my kids health until they see me angry. I am going to switch doctors.
