Very poor choice by choosing EIG as a property management company because I was really looking forward to renting an apartment at Evergreen Park yet for the second time in one night EIG agents have not showed up to my scheduled showing @ 630 pm nor could they communicate with me too a reason why, I am very upset because I have now waisted 2 hours of my night driving around the complex and calling trying to get thru to someone not to mention with a tired 3 year old I was looking forward to making every green park manor a new ... read more
They are roaches & rats infested!
I am a cleaner at the apartments, I have sat and watched how well the tenants are being well taken care of. I see how clean the grounds are and the redue of these apartments are under the supervision of latishia Bradley and they are turning out so nice. I am honored to be working along side of someone who cares deeply about her tenants.
