Management is nonexistent put in maintenance request in the fall never heard back until June. Tried multiple times to talk to Jay but emails are never returned and phone calls are never picked up.
I’m going to leave a super Honest Review since I move out tomorrow. I have lived here for 3 years and I would ideally rate it a 3. What attracted me was how spacious the unit was. I loved having a walk in closet, the size of a small bedroom and I appreciated the rent cost at first. When I moved in I got what I paid for. I could tell they did no work to the unit after the previous tenant left.
