I moved in April 15,2022. Since I've been here, my rental area is extremely quiet. You don't hear much loud music, or the actual arguments that normally are in the close proximity of my rental. But it's really nice not to have to worry about who I'm with, or who or what I'm chatting with. Even after everyone who was firing fireworks 🎆 😐 were quite which for a apartment complex is usually load, but not on this petictular spot. There is no longer a pool, or grassy courtyard areas, and most of the trees have been cut down. There is only one working laundry room and there is no highspeed internet access. Also, NO satellite dishes are allowed for cable. Rents are being increased by $75-$100 once or twice a year. Rents are ranging from $700- $1000+. High crime rate. Drive bys and theft. I do not recommend renting here as they are trying to match the rent in the Bay Area.
