10/10 .! I was treated with so much kindness and welcomed. I had something caught in my right eye. Dr Khang Ta was kind enough to fit me in between his appointments to help me with eye. He was so gentle and reassure me that everything was going to be ok. Thank you ☺️ so much.!! 🙏
I was there yesterday to fix up my glasses, as the screws were getting loose and the lenses were popping out. The person at the reception was happy to fix them up, not even questioning whether my glasses were purchased there (it’s not). I also asked if they can get my glasses cleaned out, and they said “it’s $15 but because you work at the shopping center, I’ll make it $10.” And within 10 minutes, I got my glasses all cleaned up!
I highly recommended Evergreen Optical. Professional and friendly staff and excellent service.
Love the warm welcome at reception, Dr. Khang is one of the best optometrists I have ever seen in life over the past 25 years, coming from someone who is in the healthcare field specialised in eyes, I can say he his extremely knowledgeable, patience and has a genuine passion to help people. Will continue coming here for all things eyes. Thanks for choosing to open up in Carnegie, it is an honour to have such specialist in the area.
The only optometrist I've come across who has extensive knowledge and expertise on my condition - meibomian gland dysfunction. Dr Khang has been able to help me since day 1 and keep symptoms at bay. Prior to seeing Dr. Khang I was in a cycle of frequent cysts due to gland blockage, on antibiotics and at times having to see an opthamologist to have the cysts drained. Dr Khang has stopped all of these for me and I cannot thank him enough! The eye treatments have done wonders.
